Projects

Every 4-6 weeks a new project is announced.  Projects take a lesson from learning to real life application. 

An example of a past theme project was  Bed and Breakfast (B&B).  The students divided into teams and learned activities  such as:

• Research B&B business model
• Create a business with name, logo and theme
• Learn housekeeping skills
• Apply math skills to find the revenue and cost for each guest
• Cooking items from the menu

At the end of this particular project, the teams presented their business plan!
